2017 NFL Mock Draft: Fournette, Peppers land in top 10
By Brad Weiss
The Tennessee Titans have two picks in the first round of the 2017 NFL Draft, thanks to a trade they made with the Los Angeles Rams prior to the 2016 Draft. With that pick, the Rams selected quarterback Jared Goff, who has yet to take a snap for the team this season. The Titans are a couple of pieces away from being a challenger in the AFC, and they should look to bolster their secondary with their first pick in April.
Florida cornerback Teez Tabor is one of the best defensive backs in the draft class, and he should be off the board early. He is a ball-hawking corner, who teams tend to shy away from on a weekly basis. He and teammate Quincy Wilson have formed arguably the best cornerback tandem in the SEC, and both players should go in the first round.
Tabor has appeared in five games this season for the Gators, collecting interceptions in four of them. He has great hands and speed, and will be an impact corner at the next level. He plays in the best conference in college football, and is widely regarded as an All-SEC player. Tabor was an Honorable Mention All-American as a sophomore last season, and has followed it up with an incredible junior campaign.
