LeBron James was in attendance for Game 7 of the World Series, and when Rajai Davis tied it up for the Cleveland Indians, he let all of his emotions out.

LeBron James has been following the Cleveland Indians’ magical postseason run all throughout October. When he’s not busy dominating opponents on the hardwood, he can be seen in the stands cheering on his next-door neighbors. With this being potentially the first World Series win for the Indians since 1948, there was no way he was going to miss this one.

Up until the eighth inning, it was all Chicago Cubs. They had a 6-3 lead and didn’t look like they were going to give it up. They got outstanding pitching from Kyle Hendricks and Jon Lester, as well as timely hitting by everyone from Dexter Fowler, Kris Bryant and even David Ross.

With one out left in the eighth inning, the Indians needed some magic. Once Aroldis Chapman came into the game, they cut the lead down to 6-4, then Rajai Davis delivered the game-tying home run. That re-ignited the crowd, as well as LeBron James, who had one of the best reactions you’ll ever see:

I don’t think LeBron has shown that much emotion since he cried after beating the Golden State Warriors, then saying “Cleveland, this is for you!”

It’s no secret that LeBron wants his championship to create a snowball effect for Cleveland sports. They did an amazing job to get all the way to Game 7 of the World Series, but it was looking more and more like Cleveland fans were going to eat their own words after they made fun of Golden State for blowing a 3-1 lead. Given that LeBron did the same thing at his Halloween party, he definitely feels vindicated by Rajai Davis’ home run.

The fact that these teams have the two longest World Series droughts has made this series so special. Now let’s see if Rajai Davis can make Cleveland forget about Jose Mesa.
