Northwestern (+7) over Wisconsin

I think the Badgers are good at football, but would you like Wisconsin laying 13 points or so in a home game against Northwestern? Probably not. Paul Chryst’s team plays a grinding style and, while I would pick them to win this game outright, the candy is enough. Throw in the fact that the great majority of action will inevitably be on the highly-ranked favorite and it fits the recipe that we have adopted in this space. Fade the public with a home underdog. It’s simple.

Indiana and Rutgers UNDER 58 points

This line is going up and I can see why, as Rutgers is ghastly on defense and it is more fun bet overs than unders. However, the Hoosiers are actually a frisky defensive football team right now and I am simply not sure if the Scarlet Knights can get to 20 points. If they can’t, this becomes the right side and it encourages me that the public jumping on the over here. Big Ten unders forever.
