After dressing like a photographer to call out Kevin Durant, Russell Westbrook claims it was just a common coincidence, denying that he was trolling.

Russell Westbrook has said over and over that tonight’s matchup against the Golden State Warriors and his old teammate Kevin Durant is just another game. He even came out and said he was done answering questions about KD. All he wanted to do is focus on basketball.

And quietly troll on his own.

Westbrook may not have come out and thrown a temper tantrum like an ex-lover who is still scorned about Kevin Durant moving on to bigger and better things, but he has done his best to mock Warriors players on his own accord.

Everyone’s waiting for Westbrook to talk about the Warriors during interviews like he treats people who get in his way while he rockets towards the hoop for dunks that leave you impressed with the glass’ durability. Instead, he’s taking the passive aggressive route.

After KD’s passion for taking photographs came out, Westbrook had an interesting choice for his infamous pregame outfits. You guessed it, he dressed in an official photographer uniform.

There are two different ways to explain this. On one hand, you can believe that Westbrook actually has a photographer vest laying around his house, and just so happened to coincidentally wear it on the night he was playing his photograph-loving former teammate Durant.

He has worn some ridiculous things, so this bad boy may not even crack the top 10. On the other — more rational — hand, you can believe that Westbrook is blatantly calling out KD. Westbrook wants us to believe it’s option A.

It’s hard to tell which is crazier; Russell Westbrook coordinating his absurdly unique pregame clothing choice to mock the hobbies of someone he used to share the court with, or the fact that people are actually analyzing the off the court habits and hobbies of players and considering someone dressing like said hobby being a form of revenge.

If you think this is crazy, you haven’t seen anything yet. You better buckle up for the rest of the season.

Better yet, sit in a roller-coaster style seat, and strap in for the long haul. Regular seat belts won’t keep you safe from the stories on the court and off the court revolving around Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook.
