FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup-November 5
High Value SF
Aaron Gordon-Orlando Magic (5,900): Gordon is coming off his best game of the season after posting a double-dobule against the Kings and getting 32.5 fantasy points on 13 points and ten boards. He is going to get plenty of playing time to produce at this price and has a ton of upside. The Wizards will be short-handed while resting John Wall which should allow the Magic to keep the game competitive. Gordon is a solid value at this point based on his potential points-rebonds-steals production.∗∗∗
Wilson Chandler-Denver Nuggets (4,900): On the other side of that matchup tonight, the Nuggets will likely be without Gary Harris and Will Barton at SG in tonight’s game. In their absence Chandler has been more involved on the offensive end coming off the bench. Chandler has at least 16 fantasy points in each of his four games this season and had a season-high 19 points and 26.2 fantasy points in Thursday’s win in Minnesota.∗∗
Jeff Green-Orlando Magic (4,300): If you were wondering where the ever-traveling Jeff Green landed, he’s now with the Magic this season and an important part of their second unit. He has had a few good fantasy games over the last week with a 26-fantasy-point double-double agains the Cavs and a 17.6-fantasy-point game on Thursday against the Kings when he had a season-high 15 points. His playing time fluctuates pretty wildly, but he can produce if he gets the time tonight against the small-ball-friendly Wizards.∗
Jerami Grant-Oklahoma City Thunder (4,000): Grant has played 18 and 25 minutes with the Thunder in his first two games since joining the team and produced 11.4 and 10.8 fantasy points. He’s worth keeping an eye on since I think his playing time and production will rise as he adjusts to OKC, but at this point he is still a speculative play. ∗
Tony Snell-Milwaukee Bucks (3,800): Speaking of fitting in, Snell seems to be fitting into the Bucks system under Jason Kidd very well. He played 33 and 29 minutes in the team’s last two games scoring 13 and 14 points and finishing with 27 and 20.2 fantasy points. Snell isn’t an elite offensive option but can be a valuable swing man who contributes in multiple categories. He should get the start tonight against the Kings and continue to get plenty of opportunities to contribute.∗∗∗
