High Value PF

Trevor Booker-Brooklyn Nets (5,300): Booker had been a star in my FanDuel daily picks so far this season continually delivering above his price point. Booker has posted over 34 fantasy points in three of his last five games and had 15 points, nine boards, a block, and three steals last night against the T-Wolves. He’s a nice pick again tonight against the Knicks even though he is on a back-to-back. The only time the Nets lave played a back-to-back this year, Booker had 14 points and 14 rebounds on the second night for 38.3 fantasy points against the Bucks. He’s a good option to out-produce his price again tonight.∗∗

Enes Kanter-Oklahoma City Thunder (5,200): Kanter has bounced back from the Kevin Durant “three minute” comments with a pair of monster games against the T-Wolves and Heat. On Saturday he had 20 points and ten boards for 34.5 fantasy points and then posted 24-10 against the Heat for 37.5 fantasy points. As long as he continues to come off the bench he’ll be a little boom-or-bust, but he has a ton of upside to like tonight against Toronto who could be without Jonas Valanciunas.

Jon Leuer-Detroit Pistons (4,300): If you have to go cheap at PF, another option with some nice upside in a possible revenge game is Jon Leuer who has settled in nicely with the Pistons after leaving Phoneix (we call that pulling a Marcus Morris). Leuer has played over 25 minutes in each of Detroit’s last six games and has scored double-digits in each of his last there for over 22 fantasy points. While he won’t light everything on fire tonight, he is a pretty safe play in a A+ matchup and his minutes are pretty secure as well.

Domantas Sabonis-Oklahoma City Thunder (4,100): There’s definitely a OKC-flavor to the high-value PF tonight and rookie Domanatas Sabonis is an option to take a look at as well. Sabonis had his first career double-double with 15 points and ten boards against the Heat finishing with 27.5 fantasy points. He has over 20 fantasy points in each of his last three games and is starting to find a nice role in the Thunder starting lineup. If you can’t afford Kanter, Sabonis is another option in the same matchup.∗∗

Ersan Ilyasova-Philadelphia 76ers (3,700):, The value PF that the Thunder traded away is also a good cheap play to consider since he’ll get plenty of playing time tonight against the Pacers. Ersan Ilyasova has posted 19.6, 25.8, and 14.6 fantasy points in his first three games with the Sixers, but he could see extra playing time tonight with Joel Embiid resting and Jahlil Okafor still on a minutes limit. The Sixers will be in a game with the high-scoring Pacers so there should be plenty of fantasy production for Ilyasova if he does end up with 30+ minutes tonight. ∗∗
