4. Rich Rodriguez

The Arizona Wildcats are going to have to do some soul searching real soon. At 2-7 and coming off of a 69-7 loss, one has to wonder just how many more chances Rich Rodriguez is going to be given as head coach.

His team has regressed and their recruiting doesn’t look optimistic in the future. This is just not a good football team and one has to wonder if it’s time for the Wildcats to go in a different direction with their program.

While they haven’t had a disaster of a season like this with Rodriguez until this year, it might just be enough to spur change. They could also decide to give him another year and one last chance to turn things around, which could be very likely.

They host Colorado this week and that could be another ugly game for Arizona. The Buffaloes are fighting for the Pac-12 South and will be looking to make sure they pick up an easy win on the road to help stay with USC and Utah.
