After Oklahoma State’s win at Kansas State a few weeks ago, head coach Mike Gundy told his team that he expects his team to be in tough games against Tech, TCU and Oklahoma. He’s 1/1 on that statement so far, the Cowboys had to survive a furious late rally by Texas Tech and now they travel to TCU and face the Horned Frogs in a game that should be a shootout. The Cowboys have an outside shot at winning the Big 12 and possibly grabbing the Big 12’s bid to the Sugar Bowl. First things first, however, beat TCU.

Hanging by a thread in the SEC East is the Florida Gators, this past weekend they had an impressive win against South Carolina. Look, I know the Gamecocks aren’t great but it was good to see a team from the SEC East show some consistency of the positive kind. If they win this coming week it might be enough to give them the SEC East title but if they lose then the SEC East becomes even more confusing and too many scenarios come into play. The rescheduled game against LSU offers up a murders row that the Gators didn’t see coming to end the season. After Saturday they have LSU and possibly Alabama, good luck Gators.
