Upset of The Week – UCLA over No. 13 USC

Coming off a huge upset last weekend when they took out the No. 4 ranked Washington Huskies on the road, the Trojans have played some great football and have been one of the hottest teams in college football over the last six weeks.

Which means it’s time for it all to come to an end against a rival team from across the City of Angels that needs to win out to get to a bowl game and salvage what was supposed to be a great season that instead may be the most disappointing in program history.

It’s hard to look past a team that has their backs against the wall and is in a do or die situation, similar to what UCLA will be dealing with this weekend. The win last week by the Trojans set themselves up for the enviable letdown game the following weekend – something amplified when it comes against a desperate and hated rival.
