High Value PF

Taj Gibson-Chicago Bulls (5,600): Gibson and the Bulls won’t have to deal with Derrick Favors tonight in Utah which could open up the door for a nice game from Gibson. All season, Gibson has been remarkably consistent turning in solid low-grade double-double numbers with good defensive stats to boost him to his 27.6 fantasy points per game average. Gibson has at least 30 fantasy points in four of his last six games and had a solid 12-point, 11-rebound double-double with a pair of blocks in Portland on Tuesday. While he doesn’t have the electric-upside of the options on the previous slide, he is a steady producer making him a low-risk play in a gritty late-game tonight. ∗∗

Dario Saric-Philadelphia 76ers (4,500): Saric has had his ups and downs in his rookie season, but he has at least 21 fantasy points in five straight games and had a solid 13-point, 12-rebound double-double last night against Morris and the Wizards. He had 29.5 fantasy points in that contest and should be able to get 20+ fantasy points again tonight making him a nice value 4.5K.

Trey Lyles-Utah Jazz (4,100): While he hasn’t been as consistent as Saric, Lyles stepped up big-time against the Grizzlies on Monday with 31.25 fantasy points on 18 points, five rebounds, two steals, and two assists. He could get the start tonight with Derrick Favors already ruled out, but he has been up-and-down this season even when Favors was sidelined so he isn’t a lock. I see him as a boom-or-bust option at just over 4K tonight.
