Ryan Tannehill led the Miami Dolphins to a huge comeback on the road against Los Angeles.

51. 14. 59. Final. 10

With a young quarterback making his debut in the NFL, the Los Angeles Rams did their best to help their young signal caller. In the end, it was the veteran quarterback that got the job done.

It was an ugly day in the rain for both teams. The Rams and Dolphins would each trade punts to begin the game and it looked like a defensive battle between two really good units on the field.

The Rams would get on the board first, when Todd Gurley broke through for a big touchdown. After all the expectations and struggles, it was a big play to get the Rams on the board and give Goff an early lead.

From there, it was a struggle for either side to get points. Los Angeles would tack on a field goal, but their defense would help keep Miami off the board. To sum up the Dolphins’ struggles on offense was a weird sequence of turnovers.

Kiko Alonso would make an incredible play to force a fumble and recover it in Los Angeles territory. Then Ryan Tannehill would throw an interception to keep his team off the board again.

Finally, the Dolphins would get on the board late with a touchdown. Tannehill would march them down the field and find Jarvis Landry for a touchdown. They would only be down three with four remaining.

Los Angeles would punt the ball and give the Dolphins one last chance to tie the game or win it. Tannehill would take his team back down the field and DeVante Parker would score the winning touchdown with 36 seconds left.
