With the loss by Louisville this week, Oklahoma goes a step closer to the College Football Playoff this week as they traveled to Morgantown and beat West Virginia. Since the month of October, one of the most impressive teams has been Oklahoma. With teams ahead of them still having to play each other, as long as Oklahoma wins the Bedlam Game against Oklahoma State the Sooners will be playoff bound.

A team that could block Oklahoma’s path to the playoff is Wisconsin who has silently put together a playoff run of their own. With losses coming against Ohio State and Michigan, the Badgers have done their job in a sense. Win the games you’re supposed to win and everything else will take care of itself. It’s a simple motto that has put the Badgers in a spot to where if they can win out, they’ll have an argument when it comes to who’s one of the last teams in. First things first, they’ve got to beat rival Minnesota in a game that could spoil the Badgers small playoff chances and cost them the Big Ten West crown.
