48. Tampa Bay surprised the entire league by knocking off one of the conference’s best playmakers Russell Wilson. The Buccaneers defense picked off Wilson twice, and held the skilled position players on offense in check the entire game. Jameis Winston found his favorite target Mike Evans early and often, including two touchdowns early in the first quarter. Having Doug Martin is also a positive, as he can provide a nice change of pace to Winston’s electric arm late in the game. Martin, who is now fully healthy, had 87 rushing yards Sunday against the Seahawks front seven.
Next Week: The Buccaneers travel across the country to face the San Diego Chargers. Winston will need the help of his offensive line with Joey Bosa looming on the opposite side of the field. Bosa has played very well since missing the start of the season due to contract and health issues.

Playoff hopes: With six wins the Buccaneers are still in the hunt for a playoff spot, but will have a close race down the stretch. Several teams will be in on a wild card spot, and while the NFC South is still tight, Atlanta looks to have an advantage late in the season.
. 6-5. Previous: . Tampa Bay Buccaneers. 14. team
