10. team. 59. Adam Gase’s surging squad wound up holding on for dear life. But the Dolphins’ winning streak has now reached six consecutive games thanks to a hard-earned victory over the visiting San Francisco 49ers. Miami’s issue when it comes to stopping the run nearly came back to bite them against Colin Kaepernick and company. The Niners quarterback carried 10 times for 113 yards, part of San Francisco’s 193 rushing yards. While Jay Ajayi was held to 45 yards (1 touchdown), quarterback Ryan Tannehill came through in a big way. He connected on 20 of his 30 throws for 285 yards and three touchdowns. And Miami came up with two more takeaways in the team’s victory.
Next Week: Miami hopes to keep the momentum going when they head north to face the always-tough Ravens. The teams will meet for the fourth consecutive season and the first time in Baltimore since 2010. John Harbaugh’s club is currently tied for the lead in the AFC North with a 6-5 record.

Playoff hopes: You have to start liking this team’s chances. However, we have seen the Dolphins tease us in the recent past only to fall apart in December. But this is a different team with new leadership. Miami remains two games out of first place in the AFC East but are very much in the playoff picture.
. 7-4. Previous: . Miami Dolphins
