High Salary PF

Kevin Love-Cleveland Cavaliers (8,300):  The top two PF on the boar tonight go head-to-head in the early contest as the Cavs host the Clips. Both teams are in the top five in fewest fantasy points allowed to opposing PF with Cleveland at No. 3 and LA at No. 5. Both PF are probably a little over-priced, but I’d take Love if I had the salary to afford just one. Love has the double-doubles in his last 11 games and has at least 32 fantasy points in 12 of his last 13. He had 50 fantasy points in two games in a row last week, but he came down a little with 25-11-1 for 38.7 fantasy points against Philadelphia on Sunday and 13-13-2 for 32.6 fantasy points against the Bucks on Tuesday. I like him to be in the high 30’s again tonight making him a good fantasy play at 8K although he’ll have a lot of work to do on defense against Blake Griffin as well.

Draymond Green-Golden State Warriors (7,700) I actually like Green against the Rockets better than both Love and Griffin tonight even though Green is coming off a one-game absence with an ankle injury. He missed Saturday’s game against Minnesota but returned for 39 minutes against the Hawks on Monday. He was quiet offensively with just 26.1 fantasy points, but I think he’ll be batck to producing 35-45 fantasy points per game starting tonight in a great matchup against Houston who he has destroyed in his past few matchups including last year’s playoff domination. IN his three regular season games against Houston, Green averaged 9.0 points, 9.0 rebounds, and 9.3 assists to go with 1.3 steals and 1.0 blocks. Getting him in your lineup tonight should be a move that pays off if he can get near a triple-double again tonight.

Jabari Parker-Milwaukee Bucks (6,400): Parker has been pretty quiet lately with three games in a row under 30 fantasy points, but he could be set up for a big bounce back tonight against Brooklyn who is allowing more fantasy points per game to opposing PF than any other team in the NBA except the Blazers. Parker has shown he can go off with five games over 39 fantasy points earlier this month in a eight-game stretch. He’s a little risky, but he has huge upside tonight against the Nets.

Serge Ibaka-Orlando Magic (6,300): Ibaka has been finding a nice rhythm with Orlando and now has at least 15 points in six of his last seven games and at least 31 fantasy points in five of his last six. He still hasn’t matched his 47.8 fantasy points from when he haunted the Thunder in this return to OKC, but he did have 35.4 fantasy points against the Spurs on Tuesday with 18-7-2 with a block and two steals. Tonight, he’ll face the banged-up Grizzlies in a game where the Magic could definitely pick up a rare win on the road.
