59. The Dolphins’ six-game winning streak ended with a resounding thud as they played poorly in all aspects in a lopsided loss at Baltimore. The offense managed only 277 total yards while quarterback Ryan Tannehill was picked off three times on the afternoon. Running back Jay Ajayi got just 61 yards rushing and the Dolphins just 62 yards on the ground as a team against the NFL’s top-ranked run defense. Meanwhile, Baltimore quarterback Joe Flacco abused the Miami defense for 381 yards and four touchdowns (1 interception). Not only did Adam Gase’s defensive unit allow 496 total yards, they failed to record a sack in the humbling loss.
Next Week: For the first time since 2004, the Arizona Cardinals visit Miami to take on the Dolphins. After winning the first eight meetings in this interconference series, the Cards have prevailed in the last three encounters. Miami has won four straight at home while Arizona sports a 1-4 road mark this season.

Playoff hopes: They certainly took a bit of a hit with the loss to the Ravens. Miami now sits three games out of first place in the AFC East with four games to play. And a head-to-head loss to Baltimore could possibly come back to haunt Gase’s team come tie-breaker time. But there’s still a lot of football to play and the Dolphins remain in the thick of the playoff discussion.
. 7-5. Previous: . Miami Dolphins. 13. team
