4. San Francisco 49ers

The San Francisco 49ers can use all the help they can get, and seeing the display they put on this past weekend in Chicago, they seriously need an upgrade on the offensive side of the ball. While there is no answer about who will be under center next season for the team, the fact is that they do not have anybody to throw to. Their receiving corps is very old, and the offense looks pretty stagnant due to a lack of star power.

While the 49ers are likely to draft No. 1 or No. 2 next April, they should be able to grab a talented player like Westbrook with their second round pick. Westbrook would inject the kind of playmaking ability that this organization has lacked for a long time, and would give whoever is playing quarterback a deep threat in the passing game. San Francisco has been just anemic on offense this season, but Carlos Hyde is a good running back who is getting killed because teams can stack the box against them.

Head coach Chip Kelly loves to run an up-tempo offense, but now, he just does not have the weapons to do so. Colin Kaepernick is definitely done with the team, and the organization may select a player like Deshaun Watson to lead the franchise into its next chapter. If that happens, you can fully expect them to go out and grab a guy like Westbrook to be his top option next season.

Playing for the San Francisco 49ers used to mean something to players, as guys like Jerry Rice and Joe Montana used to don the gold and red. The organization has not had a breakout wide receiver in what seems like forever, and the fan base is dying for their next big star to be catching big passes for touchdowns. They got a piece of that when Terrell Owens used to light up the NFL playing for them, and while their personalities could not be any different, Westbrook has that same star quality.
