9. Zaxby’s Heart of Dallas Bowl (Army vs. North Texas)

Not many people know what Zaxby’s actually is, but it’s a fast food restaurant that offers chicken products mostly. While college kids love chicken wings and such, that’s not exactly the gift package Army and North Texas will be getting on Dec. 27.

Army had one of its best seasons in recent memory and finished it off with a memorable win against Navy, earning this bowl bid while North Texas went just 5-7 and was one of the rare teams with a losing record to earn an invite.

Played at the Cotton Bowl stadium, this game might be more of a home contest for North Texas seeing as it’s just 40 miles from campus. Still, the Black Knights should be the favorites heading into this one with a 7-5 mark.

Like the Fiesta Bowl, the Zaxby’s Heart of Texas Bowl offers its participants a gift suite, which could be any number of things. Most bowls offer this as part of the overall package, but Army and North Texas will also receiver Amazon Echo Dots.

OK, so I’m not quite sure what these are, but I do know that the ads for them make them seem like a glorified smart phone that sits on a table and does what you ask it to — like tell you the weather, play a song or answer questions. So that’s a pretty cool gift.

Oh yeah, and the two teams get footballs.
