High Salary SF

Jimmy Butler-Chicago Bears (9,000): Butler burned my DraftKings daily picks and the rest of his owners last night with just 21-3-3 as he struggled to 32.75 fantasy points in Milwaukee. He had over 45 fantasy points in four of his previous five games, so I think he’ll bounce back and play better at home. The Bucks are still allowing the fifth-most fantasy points per game to opposing SF, so it could pay off to have a short memory with Butler tonight.∗∗

Gordon Hayward-Utah Jazz (7,900): Another normally reliable option that struggled his last time out was Gordon Hayward of the Jazz who had just 25.5 fantasy points against the Thunder snapping a streak of nine games with over 40 fantasy points. The Jazz are getting healthier with Rodney Hood and Derrick Favors back in the lineup which could decrease his nightly usage, but Hayward is still a good play in the late game tonight although his price may be a touch high.

Jae Crowder-Boston Celtics (5,400): There’s a huge gap in the midrange section of the SF structure tonight, but there are some good value plays. Crowder is definitely one to look at after he has posted at least 21 fantasy points in 11 straight games and at least 29 in three of his last four. He had 15-6-2 with a block and a steal for 30.5 fantasy points against Kawhi and the Spurs in San Antonio, and he should find things much easier going tonight against the Hornets who allow the fifth-most fantasy points per game to opposing SF. ∗∗∗∗
