OT. Wisconsin. Ryan Ramczyk. 29. player. 36.

Like in previous years, the Seattle Seahawks have a dominant defense, and their star quarterback is making enough plays to win ballgames. The team took a huge hit when they lost Earl Thomas for the season, and now the veteran safety is contemplating retirement. While they could certainly use some depth in the defensive backfield, I think they will try and get someone to protect their prized asset, Russell Wilson.

Playing in Seattle is cold business, but Wisconsin’s Ryan Ramczyk is used to frigid temperature. Since arriving on campus for the Badgers, Ramczyk has been one of the better lineman in the Big Ten, and this past season, established himself as one of the best offensive tackles in college football. He would be a perfect fit for a Seahawks team that has shown some weakness on the offensive line this season.

The team paid big money to keep Wilson in Seattle, and protecting him is priority No. 1. They do need help at the running back position, and adding a cornerback is also a need. However, those two spots can certainly be addressed later on, and a player like Ramczyk will be took good to pass up this late in round one.
