High Value PG

Reggie Jackson-Detroit Pistons (5,400): Jackson is still getting back to 100% after missing so much time with knee tendonitis. R-Jax is starting to come around, though, with at least 25 fantasy points in four of his last seven games. He had 26.6 fantasy points against Golden State on Friday but only had 19.2 fantasy points against the Cavs on Monday. He is handing out good assists but his scoring is still too inconsistent to make him a lock at this price. He does have enough upside to be the best options in the 5,000’s, though, tonight.∗∗

Ty Lawson-Sacramento Kings (4,800): Lawson has ben playing well for the Kings coming off the bench and has scored in double figures in five straight. His best game during that run came against tonight’s opponent, the Blazers, when he had 16-2-8 for 32.4 fantasy points last Tuesday. With Damian Lillard doubtful, Lawson should have plenty of chances to produce again tonight making him a solid play under 5K even though he comes off the bench behind the still-struggling Darren Collison.∗∗

Austin Rivers-Los Angeles Clippers (4,600): Rivers got the start on Monday and logged a season-high 42 minutes against the Nuggets. He finished with 19-3-5 for 27.1 fantasy points and has over 20 fantasy points in three of his last five games. He could be in line for another heavy workload tonight against the Pelicans if Chris Paul is out. You know CP3 wants to torch his former team from New Orleans, but if Rivers gets the start he’ll be the one in a good matchup against the team allowing the third-most fantasy points per game to opposing PG this season. No Paul-∗∗∗∗ With Paul-

Raymond Felton-Los Angeles Clippers (4,100): Even though he came off the bench on Monday in Denver, Felton still played 31 minutes and had a solid 18.3 fantasy points on 10-4-3. The veteran could be in line for heavy minutes gain tonight as he faces the Pelicans with both Chris Paul and J.J. Redick considered questionable for the Clippers. If one or both of the starting backcourt duo are sidelined, Felton has serious value, but he’s very high-risk if we don’t have a clearer picture before things get started tonight. No CP3/JJ-∗ With both or unknown-

Aaron Brooks-Indiana Pacers (3,800): The Pacers have had a rash of injuries in their backcourt and Rodney Stuckey’s injury leaves Aaron Brooks as the primary backup PG behind Jeff Teague for Indiana. Brooks stepped up to the challenge with his best game of the season on Monday with 19-4-7 for 33.3 fantasy points. He has shown he can get hot and be fantasy-relevant for a few games, but he is still wild card tonight against the Wizards.∗∗
