High Salary SF

Kawhi Leonard-San Antonio Spurs (8,400): After being sidelined by a stomach ailment on Wednesday, Kawhi isn’t on the injury report for tonight’s game against the Blazers (we see you, Greg Popovich). He posted a nice 33-3-2 game against Portland last week for 39.6 fantasy points and has at least 39 fantasy points in eight of his last ten games. Kawhi had one of his best games during that stretch on Sunday against he Bulls when he had 25-10-4 with three steals and a block for 49 fantasy points, and he has the potential to produce that kind of stat line tonight if the Blazers keep tonight’s game close enough to make Kawhi play his usual workload of minutes. ∗∗∗

Carmelo Anthony-New York Knicks (7,500): Melo go the heave-ho on Wednesday for “punching” Thabo Sefolosha . He only played 15 minutes and had 16.5 fantasy points before his early departure. The last time he was thrown out he responded with a nice game the next time out (31-6-4 for over 40 fantasy points against the Raptors on 11/12). He’ll look to do the same tonight against the Pelicans. Anthony had at least 36 fantasy points in tree of his last four before his early ejection, so if he can stay on the court tonight he has a good shot at returning at or above full value.

Andrew Wiggins-Minnesota Timberwolves (6,500): Wiggins gets a great matchup tonight against the Bucks who have allowed the third-most fantasy points per game to SF this season. Wiggins had a nice game in Denver on Wednesday with 25-5-1 and two steals for 36.5 fantasy points. He has at least 30 fantasy points in eight of his last nine and appears to be over his shooting woes that plagued him near the end of last month. Wiggins has scored at least 19 points in five of his last six games, and he should be able to extend that production tonight in his plus matchup with Milwaukee.

Harrison Barnes-Dallas Mavericks (6,300): Barnes will face his former team for the second time this season as the Mavs visit Golden State tonight. He had 25-8-1 in their first meeting for over 35 fantasy points. He hasn’t been over 35 fantasy points in any of his last four games, but he does continue to be very involved in Dallas’s offensive attack. Barnes has at least 15 points in 12 straight games and had 33.8 fantasy points last night against the Lakers. The game could turn into a rout, but I expect Barnes to play well against his former teammates even if he doesn’t get the boost from “crunchtime” minutes.∗∗∗
