High Salary PG

Kyle Lowry-Toronto Raptors (9,100): Lowry has had a very successful trip for the Raptors who will be playing their fifth straight game on the road when the take the floor in LA tonight. Lowry has at least 24 points in all four of the games so far on their trip while adding enough non-scoring stats to get 39 fantasy points in each of those contests as well. His best game during that stretch came against the Warriors when he had 51.7 fantasy points on 27-6-11 (points-rebounds-assists). The Lakers are allowing the seventh-most fantasy points per game to opposing PG this season, so Lowry should be able to continue his run of success tonight in LA.∗∗

Jeff Teague-Indiana Pacers (8,000): Teague had a career-high 17 assists on Friday against the Bulls totaling 40.7 fantasy points on 7-6-17 with a pair of steals. He has at least 38 fantasy points in seven of his last eight games and he’s in a nice matchup against the Magic. His 8K salary seems high, but when you look at his recent form, you can see why on most nights lately he has been worth it. ∗∗

Dennis Schroder-Atlanta Hawks (6,500): Schroder replaced Teague as the Hawks’ starting PG, and he has had a good season so far. He has scored at least 17 points in five of his last six games and has over 31 fantasy points in four of those six contests. He and the Hawks host San Antonio tonight, and he’ll look to use his quickness to attack veteran Tony Parker. The Spurs are a good defensive team and rank well against all positions, but their best defensive positions are on the wing and at center which could leave some room for Schroder. ∗∗∗

Tyler Johnson-Miami Heat (6,200): With Goran Dragic ailing, Tyler Johnson has stepped into a larger roll for Miami and has been a very productive fantasy postion over the last few weeks. He had 38.9 fantasy points against Charlotte and 33.8 fantasy points against Boston earlier this week on a back-to-back and posted an even-better 48.5 fantasy points against Orlando the week before on 12/20. Since he is still part of the second unit, he comes with a little more risk than the starters on this list with him, but he’ll be a solid play if Dragic is out again tonight (as expected). No Dragic-∗∗ With Dragic-
