High Value C

Steven Adams-Oklahoma City Thunder (5,600): Adams went off for my DraftKings daily picks last night in Charlotte with 18-12-3 for 42 fantasy points. He was coming off a  great game in the Thunder’s loss to the Bucks on Monday finishing with 20-8-2 and three blocks for 41 fantasy points. Even though he doesn’t normally produce to these lofty levels, he does have at least 26 fantasy points in six of his last seven and should be a good pick tonight as he faces the Rockets who aren’t with Clint Capela. The only cause for concern that I see is that he did log 34 and 36 minutes in those two road games, so playing the third game in four nights may reduce the workload he can carry tonight.

Montrezl Harrell-Houston Rockets (5,500): Since taking over for the injured Clint Capela, Harrell has been a regular in my DraftKings daily picks injury, and the high-energy Houston big has continued to produce. He has at least 22 fantasy points in six of his last seven games with over 27 fantasy points in four of those games and two of his last three. On Monday, he had 14-9-1 for 29.75 fantasy points against the Wizards and is showing a nice connection with James Harden which should earn him plenty of playing time moving forward. The matchup against the Thunder normally would be a tough one, but OKC could be a bit road-weary and Harrell could take advantage of their tired legs.∗∗∗∗

Tyson Chandler-Phoenix Suns (4,800): Chandler is in a possible revenge gmame situation as he returns to Dallas to face the Mavs. He has at least 20 fantasy points in four straight and is coming off a nice 20-rebound performance on Tuesday. He had 35 fantasy points against the Heat in that game, but he’s higher risk than Adams or Harrell tonight even though the Mavs have been banged up up front.∗∗
