High Salary PF

Anthony Davis-New Orleans Pelicans (10,000): Davis goes head-to-head with another top PF as he faces Paul Millsap and the Hawks. In his earlier game against Atlanta he only played 19 minutes before leaving with an injury. He has been healthy lately, though, and the Pelicans has put together a series of solid games. Davis has scored at least 20 points in seven straight games and has over 51 fantasy points in five of those contests. He hasn’t gone off for a monster game over 60 fantasy points in his last four which could mean he’s due or he’s slumping (gasp!) a little. His price has dropped significantly, though, so he’s actually a pretty good value now at “just” 10K. If you’re building your lineup with just one star, “The Brow” would be my top choice.∗∗∗∗

Paul Millsap-Atlanta Hawks (7,400): Millsap had a huge game to start 2017 with 32-13-3 and a block for 56.75 fantasy points against the Spurs on New Year’s Day, but last night he only palyed 30 minutes against Orlando and finished with an underwhelming 36 fantasy points on 16-6-4. He is solid with over 35 fantasy points in four straight and eight of his last nine, but on the second night of a back-to-back I think he’s a little riskier than the next PF option.

Julius Randle-Los Angeles Lakers (7,100): Randle had a huge triple-double for my DraftKings daily picks lineup on Tuesday finishing with 58.5 fantasy points on 19-14-11 against the Grizzlies. He has at least 44 fantasy points in three of his last four and is in the best matchup for a PF in the NBA as he faces the Blazers tonight. Portland has been beaten up by PF all year and Draymond Green had good game against them last night. Look for Randle to post another big number tonight as one of the best plays on the board tonight despite the fact that he is going to be very highly owned.∗∗∗∗

Tobias Harris-Detroit Pistons (6,100): Harris had 22-5-2 for 32.25 fantasy points on Tuesday against Indiana and he has at least 30 fantasy points in five of his last six games. He did get demoted to the bench but has flourished as the instant-offense in the second unit. He’s a reliable option and should be ready to deliver tonight against the Hornets, so get him in your lineup if you have to spend around 6K on a PF. ∗∗∗
