John Wall-Washington Wizards (9,500): Wall had a bad game on Sunday with just 16-3-7 (points-rebounds-assists) for 27.1 fantasy points against Milwaukee. He was rolling before that letdown, though, with at least 46 fantasy points in five of his previous six games. He’ll look to get back to that level tonight as the Wizards host the Bulls who just got crushed by Russell Westbrook last night and have allowed more fantasy points to opposing PG over their last five games than any other team in the NBA by a wide margin. He’s an expensive option to invest in early tonight, but Wall could bounce back and carry your team so give him a look at under 10K.∗∗∗
Isaiah Thomas-Boston Celtics (8,900): IT4 has at least 20 points in 21 straight games after posting 38 points on Saturday on his way to 46.6 fantasy points. He has at least 46 fantasy points in four of his last five games including back-to-back games with over 54 fantasy points. Tonight, he and the Celtics face a tough test in Toronto, and they’ll be without Avery Bradley which will leave more of the offense to Thomas who is fully capable of going off for another monster stat line.∗∗∗∗
Damian Lillard-Portland Trail Blazers (8,900): Lillard hasn’t been quite as in the zone as Thomas, but he has looked good in both games since returning from his five-game layoff due to an ankle injury. Lillard had 21-5-10 for 40 fantasy points against the Lakers on Thursday who he’ll face again tonight. He is higher-risk than Thomas but he is in a slightly better matchup against LA’s porous defensive backcourt.∗∗
Stephen Curry-Golden State Warriors (8,800): Curry is also a good play giving us even more PG options in the 8,000’s tonight. Steph has at least 43 fantasy points and 30 points in each of his last three games and continues o be totally capable of carrying Golden State if they need him to. Curry is risky because other members of his team can be the focus of the offense, but he’s rolling now as he comes into a good matchup against Miami tonight.∗∗∗
Reggie Jackson-Detroit Pistons (7,100): Jackson played a massive 47 minutes against Portland on Sunday and turned in a season-high 31 points. He had 38.7 fantasy points giving him five straight games with at least 34 fantasy points. Tonight, he’ll face the Kings in Sacramento as he continues to try and carry the offense for the Pistons who have started to turn things around and have picked up there wins in their last four games. ∗∗∗
Dennis Schroder-Atlanta Hawks (6,900): Schroder gets the best possible statistical matchup of the night as he and the Hawks visit Brooklyn where the Nets have allowed more fantasy points to opposing PG than nay other team in the NBA. Schroder has scored 20+ points in each of his last two games and has at least 32 fantasy points in four of his last six. He can still be a little volatile as should be expected in a first-year starter, but he has tons of upside in tonight’s matchup in Brooklyn.∗∗∗
D’Angelo Russell-Los Angeles Lakers (6,700): Russell is another young PG to take notice of tonight as he and the Lakers host Lillard and the Blazers. Russell has been playing well with over 30 fantasy points in five straight and had 22-4-2 for 30.8 fantasy points against Portland last Thursday. Since then, he posted good games of 39.7 fantasy points on 19-6-5 against the Lakers and 17-8-7 for 43.1 fantasy points against the Magic. He’ll look to keep rolling tonight at home in a favorable matchup against the Blazers who tend to get into high-scoring games especially on the road.∗∗∗∗
