New England Patriots fans on Twitter were ecstatic over the team’s victory in the AFC Championship Game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

For the ninth time in franchise history, the New England Patriots are going back to the Super Bowl. That is more times than any other franchise has visited the big stage. Tom Brady had a career best performance against the Pittsburgh Steelers and the team played their best football in the big victory. Bill Belichick will once again have a chance to win another ring as a head coach in the NFL.

Brady was grateful for his teammates after the game and showed joy about getting to play in his seventh Super Bowl. After the game, Patriots fans went nuts on Twitter over their team’s latest accomplishment. Needless to say, they were stoked about having the chance at winning a fifth Super Bowl.

There’s nothing quite like the feeling of knowing that you are going to a Super Bowl for a fan and the Patriots are going back once again. They last played in the Super Bowl two years ago, when they defeated the Seattle Seahawks in an entertaining thriller that went until the bitter end.

They will face their biggest test of the season yet with the Atlanta Falcons. Julio Jones will prove to be the next big challenge for the Patriots’ defense and it should be an entertaining battle down in Houston.

The last time the Patriots played in a Super Bowl in Houston, Brady helped lead the Patriots to a huge victory over the Carolina Panthers. If Brady is able to bring the franchise home another Super Bowl in Houston, then the fans will have plenty of more reason to celebrate.
