1. Marvin Wilson, 5-star DT (Bellaire, Texas)

The best defensive tackle in the country remains uncommitted and a number of potential suitors are still in the running. The Buckeyes are hoping to fill a major defensive need up front with Marvin Wilson, a five-star defensive tackle from Bellaire, Texas.

Wilson’s 6-foot-4, 330-pound frame along with his strength and impressive moves have coaches salivating. He has the ability to be the best defensive tackle in the country a couple of years down the line, screaming future No. 1 overall draft pick.

Not only is he strong and versatile, but Wilson is one of the toughest guys to block at the high school level. There’s a reason he’s considered a five-star by all major recruiting services and ranked the No. 6 overall prospect and top defensive tackle in the nation.

As you can imagine, the nation’s top programs have offered Wilson and he is down to Ohio State, LSU, Florida State, Oklahoma and, surprisingly, South Florida — he officially visited the Bulls back on Jan. 20.

There are no more official visits set and Urban Meyer was the last coach to check in on Wilson, but many believe he’s LSU-bound. The race is likely down to the Tigers, Ohio State and Florida State.
