High Value C

Greg Monroe-Milwaukee Bucks (5,400): Monroe is boom-or-bust every night as was demonstrated again last night as he played just 17 minutes in Toronto and had 6-2-1 for 13 fantasy points. He was much more “boom,” though, he had 28-9-2 for 42.25 fantasy points and 17-10-1 for 37.5 fantasy points. He has a ton of upside against the Celtics, but he could also end up with limited minutes and little production.

Willie Reed-Miami Heat (4,800): Starting in place of Hassan Whiteside again last night, Reed had 20-5-1 for 29.75 fantasy points against the Bulls in Chicago. If Whiteside is out again tonight, Reed has a ton of upside if Whiteside is out again. He still puts up some duds, but at under 5K he’s definitely worth a look if he’s starting. No Whiteside-∗∗∗∗ With Whiteside-stay away

Jusuf Nurkic-Denver Nuggets (4,300): If you don’t want to wait for Whiteside news or don’t trust Willie, the Nuggets have already ruled out Nikola Jokic for tonight which means Jusuf Nukic should get the start and plenty of playing time in Phoenix. Nurkic had 12-5-3 for 22.75 fantasy points in 20 minutes the last time he saw meaningful playing time, and he should be able to get 20+ fantasy points relatively easily if he plays 25+ minutes tonight in Phoenix. It will be a good audition for Jurkic who the Nuggets seem intent on trading before the deadline.∗∗
