High Salary C

Karl-Anthony Towns-Minnesota Timberwolves (10,700): Towns has over 52 fantasy points in three of his last four games after posting 33-10-4 for 53 fantasy points against the Pacers. Towns will get a great matchup tonight against the Nets who have allowed the fifth-most fantasy points per game to opposing centers. Towns should be able to attack the Nets tonight and put up a huge game if the game stays close. However, there is risk of a blowout if the Nets are as depleted as they were yesterday.∗∗∗∗

DeAndre Jordan-Los Angeles Clippers (8,400): Jordan had 10-20-3 for 36.5 fantasy points against the Sixers on Tuesday which was the Clippers last game. He has at least 33 fantasy points in seven straight, but with Blake Griffin back his offensive workload should lighten a little bit. He definitely can have a  huge game and be worth this price, but his salary seems a bit high to me for tonight.∗∗

Andre Drummond-Detroit Pistons (7,700): Drummond and the Pistons are in Miami for the second time in 2017 as they face the Heat tonight. In their meeting New Year’s Day, Drummond took advantage of the under-sized Heat for 25-18-0 on his way to 51.6 fantasy points. He hasn’t had form like that recently, but he should be well-rested and has at least 32 fantasy points in six of his last eight so the risk of a total dud is pretty low.∗∗∗∗
