FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup-January 28
High Salary SG
Nicolas Batum-Charlotte Hornets (7,500): Batum was just one assist short of a triple-double last night at the Garden where he totaled 38.7 fantasy points on 15-11-9 with a steal. He has over 32 fantasy points in three of his last four games and five of his last seven. Tonight, he takes on the Kings who have allowed the third-most fantasy points to opposing SG over their last five games and the fifth-most on the season. ∗∗∗
Devin Booker-Phoenix Suns (6,800): Booker has at least 29 fantasy points in five straight and eight of his last nine. However, he hasn’t had more than 32 fantasy points in and of his last four games. Booker is at his best when he adds more than just scoring to his production, but he hasn’t had a really good balanced game since his 37.4 fantasy points against Cleveland a week ago Thursday.∗∗
Dion Waiters-Miami Heat (6,500): Waiters cooled off last night in Chicago ending up with 19-5-1 with 27.5 fantasy points. While that’s a solid line, it was the first time in four games under 40 fantasy points and under 20 points. He’ll look to bounce back in a tough matchup in Detroit, but he’ll continue to get plenty of minutes and chances while Josh Richardson, Tyler Johnson, and Justise Winslow all sidelined.∗∗∗∗
Klay Thompson-Golden State Warriors (6,300): Thompson could be in for a bump in usage if Stephen Curry is out or limited by his quad injury tonight (currently questionable). Thompson had 24-4-3 earlier this season against the Clippers and usually puts tighter solid stat lines against them. With Curry and Durant next to him, he is a little high-risk since they carry so much scoring, but if Curry is out Klay will get more chances. No Curry-∗∗∗∗ With Curry-∗∗
