High Value PF

James Johnson-Miami Heat (5,900): Johnson struggled last night to score with just six points but he ended up with 6-9-9 for 31.3 fantasy points. Johnson had been held under 21 fantasy points in four straight, but with Hassan Whiteside out Johnson got some extra playing time. Whiteside is being re-evaluated before tonight’s game, and Johnson will be a good play if Whiteside is out again tonight.

Kenneth Faried-Denver Nuggets (5,700): Faried seems to have settled in next Nikola Jokic in the Nuggets front court, but Jokic is already out for tonight’s game against Phoenix. Faried has at least 20 fantasy points in three of his last four and six of his last eight, but his role in tonight’s attack could be even bigger with on Jokic.∗∗

Zach Randolph-Memphis Grizzlies (5,500): Z-Bo had 38.1 fantasy points last night in a revenge game against the Blazers last night and has 29+ fantasy points in three of his last four. He’ll face a tough matchup against the Jazz tonight on the second half of his back-to-back which does make him risky despite his recent strong run.∗∗

JaMychal Green-Memphis Grizzlies (4,300): Green missed a game with a knee issue, but he returned last night with 10-5-1 and 16.5 fantasy points in 22 minutes against the Blazers. Green could get more minutes tonight since both Randolph and Marc Gasol logged big minutes last night. If Green gets 30+ minutes, he’ll be a steal at this price and should actually match well against the big front line of Utah.∗∗
