High Salary SF

Carmelo Anthony-New York Knicks (7,500): In the last meeting between Washington and New York which cam on January 19, ‘Melo dropped 54 fantasy points on 34-10-2. He has at least 35 fantasy points in each of his last six games since then and is coming off a massive 60.5 fantasy points on Sunday with all the extra playing time against Atlanta. There could be some fatigue as he faces the Wizards tonight, but Anthony has been at his best this month averaging  25.4 points, 6.4 rebounds, and 3.5 assists in his 16 games amid the trade rumors and controversy.

Danilo Gallinari-Denver Nuggets (6,300): Gallinari has a great matchup tonight against the Lakers who have given up the third-most fantasy points per game to opposing SF this season. Gallianri had a solid 14-5-6 for 31.75 fantasy points against them two weeks ago, but he should be able to do even more tonight since without Nikola Jokic to help him carry the offense. With Jokic out on Saturday, Gallinari came through with 32-8-1 in 27 minutes against the Suns for 44.5 fantasy points. He has over 37 fantasy points in each of his last two games and will be a good play if he can make it three in a row tonight.

Otto Porter-Washington Wizards (6,400): As the Wizards take on Carmelo and the Knicks, Otto Porter will be looking to post at least 30 fantasy points for the sixth time in his last eight games. One of those solid games did come in his last meeting with the Knicks when he had 23-5-2 for 37.25 fantasy points two weeks ago. Porter can still throw up some duds like his 12 fantasy points against Boston last week, but overall he definitely has the upside to be worth a look if you can’t afford Gallo or Anthony tonight.
