High Value SF

Michael Kidd-Gilchrist-Charlotte Hornets (5,500): MKG has been picking up his play lately and has over 25 fantasy points in five of his last seven including his 28 fantasy points against tonight’s opponent the Blazers. Kidd-Gilchrist had 9-5-4 with three blocks against Portland in that previous matchup and is coming off of 9-6-0 with four blocks in just 19 minutes against the Kings on Saturday for 26.2 fantasy points. His minutes were limited because of foul trouble, and if he avoids that tonight he should be closer to the 30 minutes he normally gets.∗∗∗

Solomon Hill-New Orleans Pelicans (4,700): After spending most of this season in the starting lineup but not fantasy relevant, Hill has put up big numbers in three straight games with 29.6 fantasy points, 27.2 fantasy points, and 21.6 fantasy points. He will almost certainly get 30+ minutes tonight in Toronto, and he will be a good value if he can continue his recent momentum. He’s still risky, though, in an offense where he isn’t close to the primary option and with a jumper that still looks a little “off” at times.

Sam Dekker-Houston Rockets (4,000): Dekker continues to get plenty of playing time with the Rockets second unit and has logged at least 25 minutes now in seven of his last eight games. He has at least 16 fantasy points in five of his last six games with his best games during that stretch resulting in 30.4 fantasy points and 23.8 fantasy points. Even with Ryan Anderson back, Dekker still gets enough playing time to be a flier and produced in multiple categories when he’s on the floor.
