Josh Falo

TE, WDE, Sacramento, CA

  • High School: Inderkum
  • Composite Rankings: No. 140 overall, No. 4 TE

As Oregon looks to retool their offense with Taggart coming into Eugene, they could do themselves a huge service if they can lock up Josh Falo. This is a loaded recruiting class in terms of big, highly skilled receiving tight ends and Falo is easily one of the most impressive. The four-star recruit out of Inderkum has the size, (6-5, 235 pounds) and the athleticism and hands to really be a factor in the passing game right away.

It appears as if this will come down to Oregon and USC as to who will get Falo, who also plays on the defensive side of the ball as well. For Taggart to be able to land a recruit of this caliber for the Ducks in a battle with the Trojans would be a massive get in his first run at recruiting with his new program.

Deommodore Lenoir

CB, Los Angeles, CA

  • High School: Salesian
  • Composite Rankings: No. 66 overall, No. 7 CB

If there’s been on Achilles heel (there have been several, admittedly) with Oregon prior to Taggart’s arrival, it’s been a defense that couldn’t stop a cold. One way that they could combat that leading up to National Signing Day would be the addition of Deommodore Lenoir. While not a big cornerback in the mold of your Richard Shermans, he’s an exceptional talent with the ability to see the field right away.

Lenoir shows the speed, agility, and even technique of a player with far more experience than him already. With his size and skill, he could come in and play on the outside or out of the slot immediately in Eugene. This would be a massive addition right way to a defense that needs rebuilding
