High Salary PF

DeMarcus Cousins-Sacramento Kings (10,900): Boogie was rolling until he was slowed down my the schedule which forced him to play a back-to-back in Houston on Tuesday. He only had 31.75 fantasy points in that game in 25 minutes after he had posted over 63 fantasy points in three of his previous four games. After a few days off, the Kings come back home to face the Suns tonight who should be a great matchup for Boogie as he continues to carry high usage and all the scoring he can handle for the Kings. Cousins has posted at least 54 fantasy points in eight of his last ten, and he should be able to return solid value for his almost 11K salary especially against the Suns who are allowing the second-most fantasy points in the NBA to opposing centers over their last five games.∗∗∗

Serge Ibaka-Orlando Magic (6,100): Ibaka had a down last few weeks of January, but he has bounced back in a big way over his last two games. He had 17-10-2 with a pair of blocks for 40.5 fantasy points against the Timberwolves on Monday and followed that with 20-9-1 for 41.75 fantasy points against the Pacers on Wednesday. He has a good matchup against Toronto tonight, but he did struggle against them last Sunday when he had just 12-7-1 for 23.25 fantasy points. Typically, he’s better at home than on the road, so give him a look tonight.∗∗∗

Kenneth Faried-Denver Nuggets (6,000): While the Nuggets have been without Nikola Jokic, Faried has stepped up with three straight double-doubles including a monster 21-13-2 for 49.75 fantasy points against the Suns. Faried is listed as probable for tonight which has been the norm over the last few games, but that designation didn’t stop him from playing 28 minute on both halves of the Nuggets back-to-back. Jokic is expected to return, so his ceiling isn’t quite as high as it has been, but he’s still a solid play for this salary.
