High Salary PF

Kenneth Faried-Denver Nuggets (6,900): While the Nuggets have been without Nikola Jokic, Faried has stepped up with three straight double-doubles including a monster 21-13-2 for 47.6 fantasy points against the Suns. Faried is listed as probable for tonight which has been the norm over the last few games, but that designation didn’t stop him from playing 28 minute on both halves of the Nuggets back-to-back. He should be good to go tonight against Milwaukee, and if Jokic is out he’ll be worth this investment. If Jokic is able to return, his value takes a hit and he becomes high-risk. No Jokic-∗ Jokic returns-

Serge Ibaka-Orlando Magic (6,000): Ibaka had a down last few weeks of January, but he has bounced back in a big way over his last two games. He had 17-10-2 with a pair of blocks for 36 fantasy points against the Timberwolves on Monday and followed that with 20-9-1 for 40.3 fantasy points against the Pacers on Wednesday. He has a good matchup against Toronto tonight, but he did struggle against them last Sunday when he had just 12-7-1 for 21.9 fantasy points. Typically, he’s better at home than on the road, so give him a look tonight.∗∗∗

Thaddeus Young-Indiana Pacers (5,500): Young takes on his former teammates from Brooklyn tonight and remains a solid mid-range play with a low ceiling. Young has at least 22 fantasy points in four straight and eight of his last nine games. He had 22.7 fantasy points against the Nets last month on 10-6-1 and a pair of steals, but he has been picking up a ton of steals neatly with at least three in four of his last five and seven of his last nine. Young could get a better matchup tonight if the Nets start RHJ tonight instead of Trevor Booker, so I think he’ll have a solid revenge-game chance tonight.
