High Salary SF

LeBron James-Cleveland Cavaliers (10,500): LeBron is a great play whenever the Cavs roll into NYC since he enjoys playing in the Garden and usually puts on quite a show. He’ll face the Knicks tonight after posting at least 48 fantasy points in eight straight games. In his last game, he had 62 fantasy points on 27-8-12 against the T-Wolves, and he should be well-rested and ready to go head-to-head with Carmelo Anthony tonight. He’s a big-money spend, but he should be set up for success since he will be primed for a statement game.

Kawhi Leonard-San Antonio Spurs (9,300): Kawhi has been almost as hot for the Spurs as LeBron has been for the Cavs, but San Antonio still sometimes gets overlooked with all the drama everywhere else in the NBA. Kawhi has at least 40 fantasy points in each of his last ten games. Two of those games were against the Nuggets who he’ll face again tonight. He had over 40 fantasy points against Denver on January 5 with 24-6-5 and followed that with 52.75 fantasy points on January 19 on 34-5-4. In his last game which was on Thursday, he didn’t have to play much only needing 25 minutes to get 19-8-5 for 42.5 fantasy points, so he should be well-rested and ready for as much as the Spurs need from him tonight.

Paul George-Indiana Pacers (8,100): It has been a wild week for Paul George. He destroyed his owners on Wednesday with just 8-7-3 and 19.25 fantasy points against the Magic, but he bounced back and destroyed the Nets last night for 24-11-3 for 52.75 fantasy points against the Nets. He has at least 45 fantasy points in five of his last six games, and he will need to step up and carry the Pacers against Detroit tonight like he did back on January 3 when he had 32-6-2 for 45+ fantasy points.∗∗∗

Gordon Hayward-Utah Jazz (7,300): Hayward and the Jazz take on the injury-depleted Hornets in Utah tonight, and with Rodney Hood out again, Hayward will need to step up and carry the offense tonight. He’s coming off a good game when he had 27-4-5 with three steals for 46 fantasy points on Wednesday in a good matchup with the Bucks, but that was the first time he had been able to reach 40 fantasy points in his last six games. He definitely has the potential to be a good play at this price tonight, but he’s also high risk due to his recent inconsistnecy.

Otto Porter-Washington Wizards (6,200): Porter has finished with at least 28+ fantasy points in three of his last four games and seven of his last nine. He finished with 30 fantasy points on 13-6-0 when the Wizards visited New Orleans on Sunday. Against the Pelicans again tonight, Porter is a solid option with a low ceiling.

Wilson Chandler-Denver Nuggets (6,100): The Nuggets didn’t have Danilo Gallinari last night and as a result Wilson Chandler ended up logging 41 minutes last night against the Bucks. He went off for 23-8-3 and four blocks for 48.5 fantasy points. He is a huge boom-or-bust risk as you can see from his fantasy points in his last four games: 11.25 fantasy points, 53.25 fantasy points, 16.25 fantasy points, and 48.5 fantasy points. The other reason Chandler is high-risk tonight is that he will be taking on the Spurs who shut down opposing SF extremely well.
