High Value SF

Wilson Chandler-Denver Nuggets (5,900): With no Danilo Gallinari, Chandler ended up logging 41 minutes last night against the Bucks. He ripped off 23-8-3 and four blocks for 47.1 fantasy points. He is totally boom-or-bust as you can see from his fantasy points in his last four games: 10.6 fantasy points, 50.8 fantasy points, 14.6 fantasy points, and 47.1 fantasy points. Tonight, he’ll have to deal with the defense of Kawhi Leonard which raises his risk factor even higher despite his undeniable multi-category upside.

Marcus Morris-Detroit Pistons (5,100): Morris had been held under 20 fantasy points in four straight games after a strong stretch of three straight games of over 36 fantasy points. He got back on the good side of things last night, though, shattering his slump with 36-6-2 for 46.2 fantasy points against the Timberwolves. Morris and the Pistons face the Pacers and Paul George tonight which isn’t a great matchup for him, but if he can continue his hot shooting he still has upside.∗∗

P.J. Tucker-Phoenix Suns (4,700): The Bucks have allowed the second-most fantasy points per game tin the NBA to opposing SF which should set things up well for Tucker tonight. Tucker had 8-5-3 against the Kings for just 19.5 fantasy points last night but he has 24 fantasy points or more in five of his last eight. Tucker usually plays better than T.J. Warren on the second night of back-to-backs, so he should be a good play tonight.∗∗∗

Andre Iguodala-Golden State Warriors (4,400): Iguodala has over 25 fantasy points in three of his last four and had 25.9 fantasy points on 8-7-5 in 29 minutes the last time the Warriors faced the Kings. With Draymond Green probable to return, AI will likely play fewer minutes than the 30 that he logged on Thursday, but he’s still worth a look especially if any of the Warriors’ starters get a rest tonight against Sacramento.

Shabazz Muhammad-Minnesota Timberwolves (4,100): Muhammad has at least 15 points in three of his last four and five of his last seven. He had 15-0-0 last night against the Pistons. He usually adds some rebounds to get to 20+ fantasy points which makes him a good play at this price tonight as he and the Wolves host the Grizzlies.

Matt Barnes-Sacramento Kings (4,000): With Garrett Temple and Rudy Gay sidelined, Barnes got the start last night against the Suns and played 39 minutes. He had 6-10-4 for 25 fantasy points giving him at least 20 fantasy points in three straight. He’ll face the Warriors tonight which could be a rout early but provide garbage time production as well.
