High Value C

Tyson Chandler, PHO at NO ($5400): Chandler’s production has been intermittent of late, and all tied to his rebounding. He has at least 12 boards in four of his last seven games, including his last two. However, he also has three games with five or fewer boards in that stretch. In the eight games before that he had averaged 16 boards and was rock solid. He has a great match-up on Monday against a Pelicans defense that has allowed the fifth-most fantasy points to centers this season, it’s just about which Chandler shows up. **

Guillermo Hernangomez, NY at LAL ($5300): Hernangomez has been effective when called upon for most of 2017 now, and in the last three games the Knicks have consistently called his number. In that stretch he has averaged 15.7 points, 11.7 boards, 3.7 assists, 1.7 combined blocks/steals and 1.3 turnovers in 31 minutes per game. On Monday he has a potentially great match-up against a Lakers frontline that has allowed the second-most fantasy points to centers this season. ****
Robin Lopez, CHI at SAC ($4700): Lopez is operating on three straight productive games, in which he has averaged 14 points, 7.7 boards, 2.0 blocks and 1.3 assists with no turnovers. On Monday he’ll be facing a Kings defense that has allowed the 16th-most fantasy points to centers this season. Not a great play, but reasonable potential at a low price tag. *
