High Value PF

Tobias Harris, DET vs PHI ($5800): Harris had a streak of 19-straight games scoring in double-digits snapped on Saturday with an eight points/four rebounds/three turnovers clunker against the Pacers. In the 19 games before that, he had averaged 18.4 points, 5.5 boards, 1.7 assists, 1.0 combined steals/blocks and only 1.0 turnovers in 32.2 minutes. He seems ripe to bounce-back on Monday against a 76ers defense that has allowed the third-most fantasy points to forwards over the last five games with Joel Embiid mainly out, as he will be on Monday. ***

Nerlens Noel, PHI at DET ($5600): Noel’s recommendation is based upon him starting and Jahlil Okafor being unable to go, which isn’t a certain thing. Noel has been battling illness of late, which has shown up clearly in his production, but he did get the start on Saturday as Okafor was a late scratch (knee). Noel played only 20 minutes on Saturday and didn’t do much, but two weeks ago when Okafor and Joel Embiid were both out, Noel had a two-game stretch averaging 17.5 points and 10.5 boards. These are a lot of “ifs” for Noel on Monday, making him a somewhat risky play with upside against the Pistons. **

Taj Gibson, CHI at SAC ($5000): Gibson has been up-and-down and in-and-out of the line-up for the past couple of weeks, but he is coming off of a strong 20 points, six boards, three assists, one steal, one block, two turnovers effort in 36 minutes on Saturday against the Rockets. If Gibson can replicate that kind of effort on Monday, he would be doing so against a Kings defense that has allowed the 13th-most fantasy points to power forwards this season. **
