4. Ricky Wagner

Ricky Wagner was one of the best right tackles in the NFL last season. Entering the offseason, Pro Football Focus has him graded as the second best tackle available, trailing only Andrew Whitworth of the Cincinnati Bengals. This could lead to him getting a big contract, but the Ravens need to find a way to keep him. It seems likely they will.

One of the strengths of Baltimore’s offense is their offensive line. It’s stable and when guys are healthy, it’s quite good at pass protection. They’ve had struggles finding good linemen, so it stands to gain they should keep arguably their most reliable tackle. Also, keep in mind the Ravens don’t have an immediate replacement for him.

If they don’t keep him, Baltimore could draft a guy to replace him. They’ve had some good luck drafting linemen in the first round in the past. But keeping Wagner is very important for a team whose Super Bowl window is closing quickly.

Losing Wagner would leave the team with potentially two holes on their offensive line to handle. They might have to address the left guard position. Having two find two offensive linemen would be too much to ask for a contending team.
