7. Napoli
Napoli have a lot to do to overcome reigning champions Real in the last 16. The Naples club is finding it hard enough to get the better of Juventus in Serie A.
But don’t easily be fooled by Napoli’s likely underdogs tag against Los Merengues. At its best, this is a team capable of scoring goals for fun.
The goals can come from anywhere in a squad loaded with quality going forward. Midfield maestro Marek Hamsik still makes Napoli tick, but it’s wide forwards Dries Mertens and Lorenzo Insigne who usually finish the moves he dictates. Insigne and Mertens are supported by Jose Callejon and center-forward Arkadiusz Milik.
Don’t count out this skilled group just yet.
