1. Chandler Jones

The Patriots traded Jones last offseason because they knew his big payday was coming this offseason. While the Patriots survived without Jones, it is safe to say the team still would have been better with Jones. Jones recorded 11 sacks last season. In three of his five career seasons, he has recorded 11 sacks. Jones is as versatile a playmaker as you can find, and he will most certainly deserve the big contract he is about to get.

Jones can play inside, he can play outside, he can rush the passer and he can play in coverage. He is still 26 years old, and as a complete playmaker, he may end up higher on the wish list than Ingram.

The best part about adding Jones is that his brother, Arthur Jones is a defensive tackle for the Colts. It may be able to get the Colts in the door to negotiating, and they may even find a way to get Jones for less than what some experts were expecting. Jones would be the perfect game changing force that the Colts defense needs.

With a plethora of cap space, the team could easily afford Jones, and to say that they need his presence is an understatement. Jones should be the first person that they call when free agency starts.
