2. Cleveland Browns

It seems like anytime there is a quarterback available, the Browns are involved. They are in a good position this offseason as they hold the first and the 12th-overall picks in this years draft. Myles Garrett could be added to that already talented Browns defense. The problem is their quarterback situation.

They have had many failed experiments that included Johnny Manziel, Brandon Weeden, Colt McCoy and Brady Quinn. Robert Griffin III is on his way to being on that list due to the fact that he can not stay on the field longer then two weeks.

Their draft picks this year should be spent on the best player available and not spent trying to catch lightning in a bottle with a quarterback. When a team finishes 1-15, they are just in need of good football players. And they have some on both sides of the ball.

Terrelle Pryor was very productive for the Browns, tallying over 1,000 yards receiving. Duke Johnson Jr. and Isaiah Crowell also had productive seasons.

So, the Browns should spend their picks on defense and save money for free agents if possible, by signing Young to a deal because it’s the Browns and why not?
