2. Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook get along

NBA fans have wondered how playing on the same All-Star team would go ever since Durant left for Golden State. Then the first two meetings between the Warriors and Thunder only deepened the rift between former teammates. Come game day, Russell Westbrook shot at the opposite basket from the rest of the team in warm ups before being joined by James Harden. Prior to the game starting, there was no guarantee that Westbrook and Durant even choose to pass the ball to each other.

But then the game started, and KD and Russ co-existed.

Durant possibly threw some shade in Westbrook’s direction before half. When asked about the chances of the Western squad scoring 200, he responded by saying that they would have had 100 in the first half if they hadn’t missed four dunks. (Westbrook had missed four dunks.) However, there were no other issues for the two. They played as teammates and did not have any dramatic moments.
