Milwaukee Bucks

Sending out: Greg Monroe (POR), Mirza Teletovic (UTA)

Bringing in: Alex Abrines (OKC), Derrick Rose (NYK), 2018 first round pick (CHI)

For all their young talent and potential, the Milwaukee Bucks still have a fair amount of holes to fill and dead weight on their roster. Monroe has never really fit in Milwaukee and Teletovic’s shooting has been down this season, undoing the one thing he was really supposed to help with. In exchange for dumping the salary cap weight of those two players, the Bucks agree to hold on to Derrick Rose until his contract expires this summer as well as take a flyer on Alex Abrines, a talented Spanish wing who hasn’t done much for the Thunder this year.

Oh, and they get a future first round pick from the Bulls as compensation for the “every rose has it’s thorn” thing.
