3. Atlanta Hawks

The Hawks are pushing for the playoffs and decided to keep Paul Millsap at the trade deadline. Pushing their chips to the center of the tables means they could use another scorer off the bench.

Rookie Malcolm Delaney has been steady as a distributor but he might not be somebody they can depend on during the postseason yet. He’s not much of a scorer — 5.8 points per game in 18 minutes per game. Adding Jennings wouldn’t take them to the next level of beating a Cleveland, Boston, Toronto, or Washington in a seven-game series but he would definitely improve their chances making them more formidable wherever the Hawks line up in the playoffs.

He’s just better than what Atlanta has right now.
