2. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The Buccaneers have a nice start to their offense with Jameis Winston and Mike Evans. However, there is a lot to question on the Bucs at any position moving forward talent-wise. They have some cap money to spend, and a low-floor, consistent option for the offense could be found in Doyle.

Cameron Brate emerged a bit as a tight end, but his upside may be a strong second option and a goal-line threat. Putting him beside Doyle would give him some of the best inline play in the league. The Bucs are another team that needs some help with their tackles when it comes to chipping and helping in the run game.

Doyle and Brate could both help in that area, and it gives the Bucs two consistent playmakers to add to Evans. They can consistently run the ball, and with both of them being receiver threats it keeps the defense honest and makes thing simple for Winston.

They do not intend to bring Doug Martin. It could turn running back into the big draft priority on offense, and they could become a run option, with the tight ends in the short passing game, and Evans deep and on the side lines. It gives them room to look more towards defense with the rest of their assets to fill that unit and would bring tons of optimism towards Tampa Bay.
