New Orleans Saints – Jabaal Sheard

The New Orleans Saints need guys who can rush the passer. Cameron Jordan is a keeper, but they aren’t providing him with much help, even if they re-sign Nick Fairley. Jabaal Sheard is someone who could help. He has experience generating pressure from all over the field. No one will soon confuse Sheard for an elite pass rusher, but Sheard is a very reliable guy who probably won’t cost as much as some of the other options.

New York Giants – Jason Pierre-Paul

Jason Pierre-Paul signed a one year “prove it” deal with the New York Giants last offseason. He proved to himself and to the NFL that despite having a messed up hand, he remains one of the league’s elite pass rushers. The Giants love him and JPP loves them. They’ve invested so much in him, so why end the relationship? JPP is also likely going to be wary to leave a situation he’s comfortable with and leave the team that gave his career a second chance after his fireworks incident. This is a match made in heaven.

New York Jets – Mike Glennon

The New York Jets desperately need an answer at quarterback. It might be Bryce Petty, but it’s definitely not Ryan Fitzpatrick and it’s likely not Christian Hackenberg. The Jets should go after Mike Glennon and see what he has to offer. He has a ton of upside and when given playing time with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, he’s put up solid numbers. Signing Glennon would allow the Jets to let Petty develop rather than rushing him into a starting role he’s not ready for.
